The radio controlled airplane is a scale model of a Russian Yak 55. It has a wing span of 131″ and is 120″ long, weighs 51 lb and powered with a 4 cylinder 220cc Italian made engine that produces 23 hp My radio is a JR 11X on 2.4 Hz. I fly it when I have free time out of the shop. I used to fly full scale aerobatics with an S-1 Pitts Special that I owned for 5 years.
